I want to open up a Online Business, where would I find reliable information on Wholesale Companies?

I have over 10 years experience with running a Online Business selling Office Products, Electronics and Home Decor items. I also have 6 years of experience with selling on Ebay & Amazon.com, with all this experience I am positive I would be able to run my own Online Business but in order to get it started I need products to sell. As everybody knows already, you can’t find Reliable Wholesale or Drop Ship companies on the internet. There are a lot of scams and promises that they promise on the Drop Ship Companies that you do find online but at the end of the day you do not make any profit off the items you sell at all. There must be another way to find these Drop Ship Companies and or Wholesale Distributor’s that are legit and reliable that have been in business for years. Where I work we use a very good Reliable Drop Shipping Company but it would not be right if I open up an account on my own with the same company that I use when I am at my job, its just not right. Where could I find these Drop Ship Companies? I dont dare ask my boss how did he find out about the Drop Ship companies that he we use at my job because that is too obvious. Any information that you might be able to share with me, I would be highly appreciated. Thank You

Have you considered becoming an affiliate. I had bought and sold on Ebay for many years and then decided to become an affiliate. I found this company who supplied the whole package ie: domain/website/training etc. and they have been great. The important part was the marketing training which was on a one to one basis via phone and, although my websites one UK and one US are now making me good money, they are still all so helpful.
